A Casa do Pequeno Cidadão mensalmente organiza passeios para as crianças e adolescentes acolhidos. Geralmente as crianças são acompanhadas pelos educadores e/ou pelas técnicas (assistente social e psicóloga) nestas saídas.
O planejamento destas saídas são previamente conversados e combinados inclusive com as próprias crianças que sempre apresentam novas idéias e sugerem os lugares que gostariam de conhecer. Buscamos proporcionar para as crianças momentos de lazer e diversão.
Algumas pessoas da Comunidade têm nos procurado para ajudar financeiramente com os custos de: ingressos para Cinemas, Teatros, Musicais, lanches, sorvetes, condução (mesmo com o automóvel próprio da Instituição, levamos as crianças para aprender a andar de ônibus, trens e metrô; objetivando trabalhar a autonomia dos mesmos) por exemplo.
